I had a useful survey yesterday but feel I made an appointment for installation too soon and now wish to cancel and have my deposit returned. My phone number seems to now be blocked if I try to call? But I will not be letting contractors into my house today and and legally entitled to have my deposit returned. After checking with two other contractors have heard that my loft is too damp to receive effective foam spraying, and the price is double what it really should be.
He was much angrier on the phone, offering again to reduce the price to get the work done that day. Had a similar experience to a lot of others on here. Chap came round to quote for conservatory insulation. Was here for a few hours and during that time there were a lot of red flags. Sounds like a cracking product but keep your wits about you.

Happy with the price that we eventually negotiated, much reduced from the original verbal quote. Some little edge details not catered for but happy with the overall clean & aestheticly pleasing appearance. All staff involved were polite and had a professional attitude. End product might be good, but their sales technique is deceitful. Very efficient Company from initial contact to completion. Work carried out by two efficient operatives and all mess was cleared prior to them leaving.
We were previously waiting to get solar panels via Solar Together and our local council, but it was taking months. So we gave up and went to home logic instead and we are glad that we did. The team who came and did the work were very efficient, friendly and left everything very clean and tidy.

The generator was noisy and intrusive and broke down on one occasion which meant the job could not be completed and had to be delayed. As the spraying was being carried out a wasp nest was discovered which caused another postponement and we had to get a pest control company to deal with it. The nest should have been discovered during the initial survey. Friendly, polite, efficient, job completed in good time. We found him polite, knowledgeable and straighforward. We were attracted by the fact that the insulation is vegetable-based and breathable. They arrived on time introduced themselves and didn’t leave any mess even owned up when they damaged a light and we were given a refund to replace it. I was advised during the 2nd install that the original driveway had not been installed correctly and that no drainage holes had been drilled hence the driveway coming away.

From initial enquiry to installation…Review from happy customers. There has been miss communication between staff and us let’s leave at that. To be called by the owner and offered for someone to come fix the issues we had, this was top job. The owner was apologetic but it’s not his fault, let down by other’s perhaps. I have give 5 stars because the window engineer came at agreed time and fixed everything that was left by previous team. The workmen were polite at all times and cleaned up afterwards. The first team forgot to spray in 2 places which were rectified by team 2 . The job was done well at the time specified, completed quickly with polite and helpful employees.

The quoted price was very good and the planned installation works started very quickly. Unfortunately we then experienced a number of problems with the quality of work carried out in preparation for the laying of the resin driveway. Home Logic acknowledged and accepted that the service we had received had not been to their desired standards and assured us that the necessary remedial works would be carried out.

Further the benefits of the foam were immediate. The house felt much hotter, had to turn heating off , although on low. Initially, I felt that the price was quite high, even at the 'reduced' agreed price I was offered!

They were smart, polite and kitted out with all they needed for the job. From initial enquiry to installation the process has been efficient and professional. I found the staff very helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions relating to the product and there was minimal disruption on installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Logic. The salesman, Martin Percy, explained the benefits of Icynene very clearly, giving examples, answering questions and showing an extract from a TV programme.
